Hard weekend for HTC as ITC decided in its initial ruling that HTC is violating two of Apple’s patents.
Last year in March Apple filed a complaint asserting that HTC was violating 10 of its patents. An ITC administrative law judge decided that Apple was right at least on 2 of them.
Now it looks like that HTC products might be banned in the USA. As I am actually an HTC client – although not sure yet for how long more, due to HTC behavior toward its customers – I am wondering if this will happen also in Europe in the future.
Will I be able to buy future HTC products, if HTC changes behavior toward its customers, or will I get an iPhone 5?
